Holiday Season:
Transit times will be delayed during the last months of the year as all mail carriers experience a rapid increase in shipments. We recommend ordering by December 10th to ensure delivery in time for Christmas.
Shipping & Delivery Estimates:
We print your order on demand. Almost every order ships within two business days. If for some reason we cannot complete your order in this timeframe, we’ll make every effort to contact you and let you know the issue. Transit time is 2-9 days depending on location. Since it’s out of our hands once your item in en route, we cannot guarantee delivery dates, but we can provide estimates.
Shipping Methods:
Most orders are shipped via USPS with tracking. Some small items, like stickers and magnets, are shipped via regular USPS mail without tracking.
Larger prints ship via UPS or FedEx. Do not use a PO Box or International address for shipping if ordering these items as your order may be delayed or canceled if the address is not valid for delivery with these services.
Lost in Transit:
If your order is lost in transit, reach out to us directly through our contact form or send an email to [email protected]. Please include your name, order number, and email address.
Replacement Orders:
If we are sending you a replacement item, production and shipping estimates will be the same as if a new order has been received. Refer to estimates above or reach out directly for specific shipping updates and tracking.
